The UNSETTLED HUNTER project is ethically committed to:

  1. discussing, supporting, and advancing unsettled understandings and practices of hunting.

  2. consultation, collaboration, and participation with and amongst Inuit, First Nations, Metis and Settler hunters, scholars, and artists.

  3. engaging hunting through audio (podcasting) and visual (digital photography) media as an effort to share and create knowledge of the beings that inhabit and ways of being that are sustained by land, sea, ice, and air.

  4. presenting hunting as a practice that provides multiple forms of nourishment for the numerous beings and ways of being on and amongst the land, sea, ice, and air.
